What to expect

Treatments take place in zero-gravity reclining chairs in a quiet shared room. Conversation is kept minimal to maintain a calm environment. Patients are scheduled in staggered intervals to allow individualized attention while preserving the flow of the group setting.​

Before your visit

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early, eat a light meal or snack within 2–3 hours of your appointment, and wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows access to your legs, neck, and arms.
