1. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All workshop purchases are non-refundable.

Because space is limited and preparation is required for each session:

• No refunds are issued for any reason.

• Transfers to another workshop within the same season are permitted with 24 hours’ notice by email.

• No-shows are not eligible for refunds, credits, or transfers.

 

If you cannot attend live, you may access the replay (when available).

2. Digital Service Acknowledgment

Workshops are considered digital educational services.
No physical products are shipped.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge you are paying for:

• access to a live online educational experience

• optional replay access (if offered)

• any included digital materials

3. Educational Scope & Medical Disclaimer

Workshops are designed for education, personal development, and self-care.

They do not constitute:

• medical evaluation

• diagnosis

• treatment

• individualized health advice

• establishment of a patient-provider relationship

 

If you need personalized medical care or treatment, please schedule a clinical appointment.

Participation in a workshop does not replace care from your licensed physician or health provider.

4. Recording Policy & Consent

Some workshops may be recorded for replay access.

 

By attending the live session, you consent to:

• the session being recorded

• your voice, comments, or video appearing in the recording

 

If you prefer not to be recorded:

• keep your camera off

• do not share personal or identifying information during Q&A

 

Recordings remain the intellectual property of Cosmopolitan Healing Center and may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced.

5. Event Changes & Rescheduling

Dr. Carmen Jiménez reserves the right to:

• reschedule a workshop due to illness, emergency, or technical issues

• update the workshop format or content as needed

 

If rescheduled, your registration automatically transfers to the new date.
No refunds are issued for rescheduled events.

6. Payment Authorization

By registering, you authorize Cosmopolitan Healing Center / Dr. Carmen Jiménez to charge your selected payment method for the posted fee, including any applicable taxes.

 

All payments must be completed at the time of registration for attendance to be confirmed.

By registering, you agree to receive:

• confirmation emails

• event reminders

• access instructions

• replay links

• workshop materials

 

You may also receive announcements for future workshops or offerings.
You may unsubscribe at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

All content presented in workshops — including slides, handouts, frameworks, guided practices, and recordings — is the property of Cosmopolitan Healing Center / Dr. Carmen Jiménez.

 

You agree not to:

• share materials externally

• reproduce or distribute content

• teach or repurpose the material in your own programs without written permission

9. Participant Responsibility

By registering, you agree to:

• participate at your own risk

• listen to your body

• modify or skip activities if needed

• seek medical guidance when appropriate

 

You acknowledge that energy practices, meditative work, and physiological education are generally safe but may not be appropriate for all individuals.
