Seasonal Energy Medicine Workshop Series
A 12-month in-person journey through the wisdom of the seasons, grounded in Classical Chinese Medicine. Reconnect with Nature’s rhythm, restore balance, and cultivate deeper mind-body-spirit harmony.
What Is Seasonal Energy Medicine?
Seasonal Energy Medicine is a Classical Chinese Medicine approach that helps you realign with the natural rhythm of the year.
In CCM, each season expresses a unique movement of Qi that influences your physiology, emotions, mindset, and overall vitality.
When you learn to flow with these seasonal shifts instead of against them, you can:
• regulate your nervous system
• strengthen your energy reserves (Jing)
• clarify your thoughts and emotions
• support digestion, sleep, mood, and immunity
• cultivate a deeper connection to yourself and Nature

This workshop series guides you through the full cycle of the year so you can grow, release, replenish, and transform with each seasonal phase.

Classical Chinese Medicine • Stress Physiology • Bio-Energetic Medicine
Rooted in over 30 years of study and 20 years of clinical experience in Classical Chinese Medicine, functional physiology, and energetics.
For more than three decades, I’ve explored how the body communicates through physiology, movement, energy, and consciousness. My background integrates Classical Chinese Medicine, applied kinesiology, functional physiology, clinical research, and frequency-based technologies — all brought together in a grounded, practical, and deeply intentional way.
In my clinical work, I focus on uncovering the root pattern underneath symptoms, regulating the nervous system, restoring Jing and core reserves, and helping patients realign with the natural rhythms that support long-term health and stability.
My approach blends:
-
Classical Chinese Medicine theory & lineage
-
Functional physiology and clinical reasoning
-
Applied kinesiology and muscle testing
-
Bio-energetic assessment and frequency medicine
-
Seasonal energetics and cyclical living
-
Mind–body regulation and embodied awareness
I created this Seasonal Energy Medicine Workshop Series to help you reconnect with your own inner rhythm — the part of you that already knows when to expand, when to release, when to rest, and when to restore.
When you understand the movement of each season, your physiology, energy, emotions, and purpose come back into coherence.
I’m honored to guide you through a year of alignment, nourishment, and energetic clarity.
